Mobile Mechanic King - Terms of Service

By booking a service with Mobile Mechanic King, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Mobile Mechanic King provides on-site vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services. While every effort is made to ensure quality workmanship, the following conditions apply:

  • Services are provided based on the customer's description of the issue and our diagnostic findings.

  • Mobile Mechanic King is not responsible for any additional issues that arise outside the agreed-upon scope of work.

2. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit covers the mechanic's travel, diagnostic time, and scheduling commitment.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to meet the mechanic at the scheduled time.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mobile Mechanic King is not liable for damages or issues that occur after service completion, including but not limited to:

    • Additional mechanical failures unrelated to the service performed.

    • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions.

    • Damages caused by customer misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

  • Mobile Mechanic King does not guarantee any repair or part beyond the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable).

4. Warranties

  • Limited warranties apply to certain services and parts as specified at the time of service.

  • Warranties do not cover:

    • Customer-supplied parts.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Subsequent damage due to negligence or misuse.

5. Service Limitations

  • Mobile Mechanic King reserves the right to decline services if the work environment is unsafe or the issue exceeds the scope of mobile repair capabilities.

  • Diagnostic results are based on the information available at the time and may require additional work for a comprehensive solution.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon service completion. Accepted payment methods include cash or CashApp.

  • Failure to pay in full will result in legal action and additional charges for collections.

7. Force Majeure

Mobile Mechanic King is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide access to the vehicle and ensure it is located in a safe, accessible location.

  • Customers are responsible for securing personal items in their vehicle. Mobile Mechanic King is not liable for lost or damaged personal property.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta Georgia Customers waive their right to file lawsuits or class actions against Mobile Mechanic King.

10. Agreement

By booking a service with Mobile Mechanic King, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
